1) Set yourself a limit and stick to it. If you’re in Vegas for a longer period split your limit up into various days so you don’t spend it all at once.
2) See it as fun and don’t expect to win; consider it a nice bonus if you do
3) Sign up for the Casino loyalty scheme. You could get some nice comps (complimentary gifts), which could include room upgrades, tickets to shows and free dining.
4) Wear a watch and if you have to be somewhere at a specific time set the alarm on it.
